Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software and possess strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling transactions and preparing journal entries
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Process payroll and ensure accurate recording of employee compensation
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits

Experience:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation and financial report writing
- Familiarity with payroll accounting
- Previous experience in public accounting or corporate accounting is a plus
