Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in the Florence SC area in the search for a MRO Clerk. The MRO Clerk will collaborate with departments to ensure timely procurement of MRO supplies.

Hours:

5PM-5:30AM

Rotating a 4 days on/4 days off schedule

Pay rate:

$18.85 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of MRO inventory levels and transactions

• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure adequate inventory

• Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, and track deliveries

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

• Update inventory management system with received items and maintain documentation

• Organize and maintain storage areas for MRO supplies

• Assist with the identification and implementation of cost-saving initiatives

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely procurement of MRO supplies

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the maintenance department

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in inventory management or related field is a plus

· Previous Forklift experience preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Excellent organizational and time management skill

· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivel

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of MRO supplies and maintenance processes is desirable but not required

Pay Details: $18.85 per hour
