We are seeking a Paralegal / Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! We are small and busy personal injury firm that provides a relaxed enjoyable atmosphere to work. You will provide overall support to the handling of the firm's cases. 

Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with each case details
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents including both pleadings and discovery
• Perform electronic filing of documents with the Courts
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations 
• Meet with clients
• Record and store client information
• Perform duties commensurate with litigation of personal injury cases

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paralegal 
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Computer savvy
