To provide support of technology solutions that are complex in nature and related to Oracle eBusiness Suite environment.
Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems.
Responsibilities
Provide support for key applications, and communicates effectively and proactively with business users and other IT team members. Plans and prepares technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of program development
Performs as a technical and/or functional expert for designated solutions. Reviews Oracle eBusiness system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system
Assists in the design, development, implementation, and support of complex IT solutions. Studies existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems to improve production or workflow as required
Participates in IT projects and major support initiatives
Upgrades system and corrects errors to maintain system after implementation. Assists Users in resolution of work problems related to flow charts, project specifications, or programming. Prepares time and cost estimates for completing projects. Coordinates work of others to develop, test, install, and modify programs
Collaborate with business partners to understand business requirements
Perform analysis of complex business requirements to determine appropriate Technology solutions approach
Assist in troubleshooting and documenting software product enhancements and defects
Provide root cause analysis to resolve complex system problems
Participate in creating and reviewing documentation for software delivery projects
Participate in all design, build, testing, conversion and implementation phases of a system development life cycle
Utilize processes, templates and department guidelines to deliver high quality products
Collaborate with other Technology professionals to ensure project outcomes align with priorities and direction
Communicate technology issues and influence decisions to ensure enterprise benefits
Create detailed functional documents and assist in systems integration and system testing, while maintaining system standards.
Partner with developers to ensure product fulfills business needs early in the development process
Display energy and initiative in solving problems, undertake a variety of tasks willingly, and the ability to multi task when required.
Does all of above in compliance with ARG IT standards and policies.
Education & Experience Qualifications
Required: Four year degree with concentration in Computer Science or related field
Preferred: Graduate degree in Business Administration
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting Oracle applications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle cloud implementation experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in in Oracle Cloud Financials

Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 Financials & HRMS/Payroll.
Strong knowledge of best practice implementation methodology.
Ability to run advanced queries using tools such as Toad as well as a basic understanding of Oracle table structures.
