If you're Mechanically Inclined, we want to hear from you! Fabrication or welding experience is a huge plus!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Communicate with crew leader and site plant personnel accordingly
• Adhere to all RGA and site policies, instructions, procedures and safety guidelines in accordance with applicable OSHA and MSHA regulation
• Follow all safety policies and procedures as outlined by company and OSHA
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency of the work crew
• Report to shop foreman of assigned profit center when not performing belt crew duties. Other duties may be assigned at this time including belt, hose and gasket fabrication, welding and general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to work in a timely manner, to demonstrate attention to detail, to follow RGA policies and procedures, to uphold RGA values and maintain regular and timely attendance
• Conducts general housekeeping in accordance with applicable OSHA regulation
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Weekend and OT work necessary
• This is a safety sensitive position and quarterly random drug screens are run
• Regular and reliable attendance required
• Follow directions of supervisors and trainers
• Follow directions of RGA policies and procedures

Education and Experience

Preferred : High School Diploma or equivalent

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

Must have a valid, active Driver's License with an insurable driving record

Must pass a drug test upon offer.
