Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Expo to join our team. As an Expo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations in our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the kitchen and front-of-house staff in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities: - Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and servers - Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to company standards - Assist with food preparation and plating as needed - Communicate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house staff - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area - Help with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests - Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times - Assist with any other tasks as assigned by management Skills: - Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members - Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively Join our team and enjoy the benefits of working in a dynamic and supportive hospitality environment.
