Optometry office in Tomball, Texas looking for a MATURE, ENERGETIC, and RELIABLE staff to join our team. We would like a candidate with excellent communication and computer skills to provide the best service for our patients.

Optometric experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Job Duties:

• Must be able to multi-task
• Booking appointments
• Receptionist duties : scanning paper files, answering phone calls, checking patients in/out with Square, create recall/receipts
• Verifying/claiming vision and medical insurances
• Working with electronic medical records (Crystal PM)
• Pre-testing/ working-up patients
• Contact lens insertion & removal training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
