Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Bridal Consultant to join our team. As a Bridal Consultant, you will provide exceptional service to brides and their wedding parties, helping them find the perfect wedding dress and accessories. Your role will involve assisting customers with their selections, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist brides and their wedding parties in finding the perfect wedding dress and accessories
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on individual preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various dresses and accessories
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the overall bridal experience
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions, including counting cash, providing change, and maintaining cash register accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring dresses are properly displayed and merchandise is well-presented
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and address any concerns
- Stay up-to-date on current bridal trends, styles, and designers to provide accurate information to customers
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of previous experience in sales or customer service roles required
- Experience in wedding related businesses is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn about bridal fashion trends, designers, and product features
-Saturday 10a-6p availability required, Flexible hours Wednesday-Friday and Sundays
