Jamison Bedding is Hiring a Cash Applications Specialist Near Columbus, OH
- Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances
- Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies
- Resolving short payments with credit, balancing with legitimacy
- Notify customers of aging account status via email or phone call
- Track issues, errors, and returns to ensure all are completely closed and/or resolved
- Engage in collection management processes as necessary
- Serve Front office receptionist, back up for sales order entry
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship
- All other duties as assigned by management
- Associate degree in fiancé or accounting preferred, but not required
- Prior experience in accounts receivable and cash applications
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines
- Must be a team player
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze information to make decisions and influence results
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Project Management: Ability to bring together all aspects of a project, such as resources or planning, that are needed to complete it efficiently and in a timely manner
- Excellent communication: Can use language effectively to gather information and facilitate the exchange of ideas
