Barbour is Hiring an Ecomm/Customer Service Rep Near Milford, NH

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Deliver the highest levels of customer service to all US consumers that may contact Barbour, using excellent communication skills (telephone and email). Deal with customers by phone and email, helping those who have general inquiries about products, assisting those who need help using the online ordering system dealing with returns, exchanges, refunds, and any complaints.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Contribute to US Customer Service department goals and targets.

· Answer calls from customers related to ecomm ordering

· Process return/exchange labels for customers via UPS

· Work with distribution center for any order issues

· Communicate with Store Managers to process a sale through individual stores

· Process order changes (returns, refunds, exchanges)

· Provide an appropriate response to all customers who may have a complaint or inquiry and be able to resolve it satisfactorily. Customer is always right attitude.

· Prior knowledge of clothing, especially Barbour preferred but not required

QUALIFICATIONS

· Prior customer service experience required

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Microsoft Office

· Experience with the following computer systems preferred but not required:

Magento, M3, Adyen

· Willingness to work in other areas as needed (warehouse, order entry)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

· Must work well under pressure

· Excellent customer service skills

· Computer savvy

· Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and presentation

· Problem solving skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Time management and organizational skills a must

· Pleasant phone manner
