Job Role

Crown Electric is looking for an Electrical Foreman to join the team. The foreman candidate must be able to start right away on a selected project and run the crews provided to complete the project. A positive and friendly attitude is a must as we pride ourselves with running a company that our employees can be happy to arrive at each day. A few of the day-to-day activities include:

  • Lead a crew of Electricians to complete multiple jobs within project deadlines.
  • Versatile in work environments including commercial and industrial projects.
  • Install all electrical or specialized systems.
  • Comply with NEC and local codes.
  • Electrical Foreman will implement established training methods to apprentices.
  • Safeguards and maintains company equipment, tools, and vehicles.
  • Read and understand construction documents.
  • Must provide own hand tools.
  • Must comply with company PPE and Safety Policies.
  • Must be willing to work a minimum 40 hour work week with overtime as required.
  • Electrical Foreman will delegate tasks with a structured process.

Qualifications

  • Preferred candidate MUST have prior experience leading people or past foreman.
  • Experience with Threading, Bending and Running EMT and Rigid conduit size 1/2"-4".
  • Computer applications relevant to the job (Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP)
  • Interpreting information from rough sketches, blueprints, plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Must pass Crown Electric, LLC written exam.
