Full-time Mover/Driver, ReSOURCE Williston

ReSOURCE is an innovative non-profit organization with the mission to empower individuals and strengthen Vermont communities through workforce development, poverty relief, and environmental stewardship. ReSOURCE’s reuse retail stores fulfill this mission by creating a marketplace for reuse while providing new opportunities to the under-skilled and long-term unemployed.

Our community recognizes the value of donating excess goods, and its positive effects for our environment. ReSOURCE prevents more than 1,000 tons of material from ending up in our landfills each year by finding new homes for major appliances, building materials, computers, electronics, furniture, and other household goods donated to our stores.

What you’ll do:
As the Mover/Driver, you’ll fight climate change by keeping reusable materials out of the landfill and provide an essential service to customers. You’ll follow a daily schedule up picking up donations, delivering items to customers or other ReSOURCE locations, and support the store operations.

This full time position is Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:00. Pay ranges from around $17.00-$19.00 per hour. We offer health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and holidays, retirement account, and a generous store discount.

Who you are:
You are interested in creating a positive customer experience through ReSOURCE’s retail stores and truck service. You have valid driving license and a clean driving record. You can lift and move 50 pounds, and use hand trucks and equipment to move much heavier items. You’re committed to making a difference in your community and the world.
