Farkas Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a full-time Chiropractic Assistant with the opportunity to grow into a Lead Chiropractic Assistant/Office Manager. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills, have a passion for helping others, and eager to train at any of our Tampa Bay Area locations.

The Lead CA will be responsible for a multitude of duties including overseeing staff and day-to-day operations, managing patient information, answering phones and scheduling appointments, collecting and posting payments, verifying insurance, ordering supplies, administering patient therapies, training new hires, and other administrative duties.

FCC has been family owned and operated for over 42 years, providing chiropractic and wellness care to our local community. We currently have three locations (St. Petersburg, South Tampa, and Clearwater) and plan to add more locations in the Tampa Bay Area. Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, high ethical standards, and office policies and procedures
• Maintain inventory and order office supplies
• Provide direct training to staff and/or oversee training in accordance with practice standards
• Resolve patient concerns and escalate as appropriate
• Track, monitor, and generate reports
• Oversee patient scheduling and ensure positive collaboration between doctors and office staff
• Manage medium to high call volume, determine needs, and schedule appointments
• Greet and direct patients to treatment rooms
• Provide an inviting, patient-focused environment
• Pull patient charts and verify recorded information
• Monitor appointment activity to ensure patient flow remains on schedule
• Administer therapies under doctor direction
• Collect and post payments to appropriate patient accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
