We help provide instructions on how to apply.Primary DutiesCompletes health appraisal on clients upon admission to agency and regularly throughout their course of careAids nurse practitioners and physicians as necessaryEvaluate, observe, and assess client's physical conditionsAssists clients with treatment plans prescribed by nurse practitioner and/or physicianAssists in administering and monitoring medicationsMonitors client vitalsEducates clients on prescribed medication, physical health, nutrition, and self-careCoordinates care and services with pharmacy, other physicians or referring agencies on behalf of clientResponds quickly to complete nurse practitioner and physician ordersCommunicates prescribed services and status to client (and client family as appropriate) in a timely fashionParticipates in client care team meetingsMaintains accurate and timely records of medications prescribedCompletes release forms or client medical paperwork as requestedAssists with medication refills on behalf of nurse practitioners or physiciansCompletes all client documentation accurately and in a timely fashionJob Type: ContractSalary: From $37.00 per hourMedical specialties:PsychiatryPhysical setting:ClinicLicense/Certification:BLS Certification (Preferred)RN license (Required)Work Location: One location#J-18808-Ljbffr
