We are looking for a seasoned marketing campaign writer and producer for a contract engagement with one of large, Redmond-based tech client’s security & compliance identity management team. In this role, you will work with content design, product design, product management, and marketing teams, collaborating regularly to understand campaign objectives, experimentation framework, and deliverable scheduling. You will also regularly work with a proprietary, cloud-based platform that allows customers to try out different products and services (such as Microsoft Defender and other compliance solutions). You will create and manage in-product messaging and campaigns, such as banners and notifications, to entice customers to activate features or convert to paid subscriptions. You also will participate in weekly SCRUM meetings to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

If you are the right fit, you are well-versed in product campaign development and strategizing around how to connect with customers who are considering a subscription service. You also can be strategic and work with other specialized teams to create efficiencies – like scripts you can use to segment customers by size and industry. You have a strong attention to detail, are highly organized, and have stellar communication skills.

This is a full-time, 6-month contract role that has the potential to extend up to 18 months in duration. It can be done mostly remotely, but the candidate will need to be onsite at times to access sensitive, internal tools. Required:

• 4 years of marketing campaign production experience in a tech environment
• Confidence in working with high level SMEs and various other critical stakeholders (i.e. content design, marketing, data science, QA, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure & meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency with SharePoint to manage content
• Experience with Microsoft IRIS a big plus

Pay rate range, depending on experience level: $40 - 50/hr. W2
