We are looking for a strong corporate content writer to join our large Redmond-based tech client’s IT organization. In this role you will work closely with other writers to create enablement copy announcing exciting product releases and large technology changes. You will work closely with product managers to understand how to communicate this widespread comms, and come up with compelling ways to get users excited about new technology and features.

If you are the right fit, you love learning into the latest technologies, finding thoughtful ways to evangelize them, and educating the end user. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a natural collaborator, and an effective communicator across both technical and creative stakeholders.

This is a contract engagement approved initially through June but will be reapproved quarterly and may extend up to 18 months in duration. Pay rate depending on experience level is 45-50/hr. W2.

Required:

• 4 years of experience writing for enterprise tech product design and IT environments
• Ability to take sometimes very technical concepts and distill them into something broader audiences can understand
• Strong storytelling chops and experience crafting interesting campaigns and communications
