Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Performing general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Greeting customers in a pleasant and friendly manner upon their arrival.
• Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required.

Expected hours: 8 – 18 per week
