We are currently in search of a Membership Assistant for a Museum. This position is based in Chicago, IL- The Loop. This is a Part-Time (Thursday-Monday), In-Person, Temporary opportunity.
ORGANIZATION: Museum
LOCATION: Chicago, IL- The Loop
POSITION TITLE: Membership Assistant
SCHEDULE: 20 hours/week (In-Person, Thursday- Monday)
DURATION: Temporary (~3-months)
HOURLY RATE: $24.00
Is This Your Dream Job? The Membership Assistant provides excellent customer service to both existing and prospective museum members, answering questions and benefits of membership.
Our Ideal Candidate:

• 2 nonprofit membership experience
• Experience Microsoft Office Suite and Raiser's Edge
• Strong Customer Service or Sales Experience
• COVID-19 vaccination required

How You Will Spend Your Day:

• Provide customer service to members and prospective members.
• Provide information and benefits of membership to prospective members.
• Assist in phone calls to current members regarding renewals.
• Manage phone calls of members and provide information on upcoming museum member events.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
