Job Summary:
Century West BMW is looking to hire a talented and enthusiastic Master Service Technician to join our team of professional staff. This is a full-time, salaried position located in Studio City, California. The Technician will be responsible for performing diagnostics, general service, and repairs on our vehicles while maintaining a high degree of precision and customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly compensation ranging from $35 to $44 per hour, paid semimonthly

Responsibilities:
• Inspect and diagnose vehicles to identify required maintenance and repairs
• Install parts by following manufacturer and dealership procedures
• Repair, replace, and adjust components as necessary
• Perform quality inspections of work performed
• Maintain accurate paperwork and adhere to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Test vehicles after dedicated work is completed
• Operate shop equipment in a safe and effective manner
• Explain repairs and services to customers
Requirements:
• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license
• Previous automotive repair experience in a dealership setting
• ASE certification and A Microsoft certification preferred but not required
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
• Ability to use shop equipment and tools
• Proficiency in customer service
