PizzaVola is searching for a talented Pizza Chef with proven experience designing and preparing an extensive variety of pizzas made from scratch. We're looking for a creative individual who can learn our existing menu, ensure our fast paced pizza orders are met, and thrive in a team driven environment.

At PizzaVola we expect a professional who is dedicated to creating the perfect pizza and consistently meeting our high food quality standards.

Specific responsibilities of a Pizza Chef will include but are not limited to:

• Creating pizza dough on a daily basis to the PizzaVola standard and recipe
• Prepping all necessary stations and ingredients throughout the day to ensure order speed is met
• Learning and mastering how to prepare all sauces required for our pizzas
• Personally verifying cleanliness and food safety standards are met at your station and throughout the kitchen
• Assisting with food and beverage ordering by effectively managing inventory.
• Cross-training on multiple stations as needed.
• Ensuring all catering orders are prepared and delivered on time and accurately.

Applicants who apply should have the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience making a variety of pizzas
• A proven track record of working in team driven kitchens and maintaining established standards and routines
• Flexibility in scheduling is required; you may work in multiple locations local to the area
• An understanding of food costs, ordering, and controlling expenses
• Drug and Drama free
• The ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time
• Punctual and trustworthy
