This is a full-time on-site role as a Concrete Foreman located in Livonia, MI. As a Concrete Foreman at Anglin Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing concrete construction projects, coordinating with the project management team, and leading a team of concrete workers. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing equipment and materials, interpreting blueprints, and solving any issues that arise during the construction process. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of concrete construction methods, equipment, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and a focus on safety
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Certifications in concrete construction or related field are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is a plus
