Join Our Team as a Ford Pro Mobile Technician!
Job Summary: Are you ready to take your automotive expertise on the road? Badger Ford Truck Center is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Ford Pro Mobile Technician for the first shift in Greater Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a vital member of our team, you'll provide exceptional service to both commercial and non-commercial customers, ensuring the timely repair and maintenance of all Ford Truck Center vehicles.
Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive starting salary of $20 per hour, paid weekly

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose service orders accurately and estimate repair time and cost effectively
• Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments in compliance with safety standards
• Conduct test drives to confirm repairs and ensure proper vehicle functionality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work environment to uphold safety and efficiency standards
• Prioritize customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly
• Engage in continuous professional development and cross-training opportunities as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or relevant work experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical diagrams, schematics, and bulletins
• Experience working on Ford gas and diesel engines preferred
• Proficiency with automotive electrical and electronic systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Physical Capabilities:

• Flexibility to bend, squat, and work in various positions, including laying on the ground
• Physical stamina to perform under-vehicle services
• Ability to lift tires onto vehicles and handle weights up to 75-100 pounds
• Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions
