*Qualifications:*
* 1 year of experience as a dental assistant required
* EFDA certification preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
* Familiarity with Dentrix, or other dental software systems is a plus

*Responsibilities:*
* Assist the dentist during dental procedures by preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
* Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols
* Take and process dental X-rays, ensuring patient safety and accurate diagnostic outcomes
* Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, anticipating the dentist's needs and ensuring patient comfort
* Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive measures
* Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment details, in accordance with HIPAA regulations
* Ensure a clean and organized treatment environment, restocking supplies, and equipment as necessary
