Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing various automotive maintenance and repair tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and expertise in vehicle maintenance.
Duties:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, including electrical and mechanical problems
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential issues or safety concerns
- Use hand tools and equipment to complete repairs and installations
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Proficient in performing vehicle maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire services, and filter replacements
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment used in automotive repair
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Skills:
- Dealership experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of automotive service procedures and best practices
- Proficiency in maintaining and repairing vehicles
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in automotive repair
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
