Centers for Youth and Families is Hiring a Clinical Program Manager Near Little Rock, AR

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Oversees Residential Programs and Processes of the Agency

1. Conducts corrective action on issues of clinical non-compliance by staff
2. Oversees Residential for clinical programmatic
3. Works in cooperation with the Chief Administrative Services Officer and Chief Clinical Officer to assure achievement of responsible program and staff productivity standards
4. Coordinates the development of service-related reports required by the Arkansas Department of Human Services
5. Develops best practice documentation for residential
6. Implements and monitors quality assurance practices.
7. Facilitates teamwork across disciplines with high-level management support.

B. Regulatory Standards:

1. Assures adherence to UM, PIC, QA
2. Ensures compliance with appropriate state and federal laws
3. Ensures compliance with CYF Clinical Standards
4. Ensures compliance with JCAHO requirements
5. Ensures compliance with Medicaid Standards
6. Ensures compliance with DYS Standards
7. Ensures compliance with Child Care Licensure, Health Department, OSHA Standards
8. Ensures compliance with The Centers Policies and Procedures


Qualifications:

This position assists the Chief Executive Officer to oversee all residential programming and clinical operations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
Five years Management Experience
License in Social Work or Counseling
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematics or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
