ZipLocal (Pleasant Grove, UT) is helping thousands of professional services, home services, and healthcare businesses nationwide to rapidly grow through a smarter approach to digital marketing strategy, services, and software.

This is a professional account management work-from-home hybrid role requiring two days per week in the Pleasant Grove, UT office.

The role is focused on retaining and growing our digital customer base. Success requires client research, industry knowledge, subject-matter expertise, and diagnostic selling skills. We provide comprehensive training to help you hone your account management and sales skills to help you be successful!

A typical day looks like:

  • Supporting ZipLocal clients across the country over video conference and telephone with a focus on client retention and growth.
  • Certifying on key tools including Google Analytics, Search Console and GMB Profile Manager.
  • Developing relationships with clients, educating them around unique trends in their industry, and encouraging them to think differently about their business.
  • Leading monthly and quarterly sync-up meetings with clients to discuss strategy, roadmap, tactics, and ROI.
  • Recommending research-based upgrades to achieve better digital marketing outcomes.

We're looking for candidates who are:

  • Smart (you excel at learning complex concepts and will become a subject-matter expert quickly)
  • Experienced (you have at least three years of account manager or account executive experience)
  • Coachable (you seek out and understand feedback - and then change behavior accordingly)
  • Curious (you like to ask the right questions to help you understand how things work)
  • Hardworking (you have strong work ethic, you're self-motivated, and you consistently pursue success with a high degree of energy and daily activity)
  • Passionate (you love the inside selling process - working with clients is exciting and it energizes you.)
  • Successful (you have a strong track record of achievement and solid references)

Digital marketing experience and college experience is preferred, but not required.
