• Responsible for production of ContraPest, and Evolve batches in accordance with Company SOPs, and OSHA regulatory requirements to maintain product quality standards.
• Perform setup, dismantling, and routine maintenance of equipment to ensure equipment remains in optimal operational condition.
• Performs routine sanitization of production areas.
• Performs scheduled equipment maintenance such as periodic equipment cleaning, inspection, and filter changes.
• Trouble shoots equipment as necessary during production operations.
• Maintains inventory of equipment and supplies; ensures availability of essential items for production activities.
• Complies with SOPs, Batch Records, and other GMP documentation to ensure safety compliance.
• Conducts QC/QA on all Batch Records prior to final turn into department manager for processing.
• Participates in data collection of trends pertaining to evaluating production processes and providing feedback to management as needed.
• Attends all mandatory trainings, including safety trainings specific to manufacturing and production; maintains certifications necessary for position.
• Responsible for maintaining SOP training and participating in on-the-job training.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Must have demonstrated mechanical aptitude and technical proficiency.
• Ability to demonstrate basic math skills, perform data entry, and assist with internal inventory tracking.
• Ability to work independently and make decision based in logic.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to complete tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate from a technical/vocational accredited college (or equivalent apprenticeship experience).
• Experience working in a start-up environment preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• This is a safety sensitive role. All applicants must be willing to submit to both drug screen and background checks.
• All applicants are required to attend OSHA standard, company forklift training, even if they have prior experience.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to commute daily (Monday-Friday) to worksite located in North Phoenix, Arizona.
• **The duties of this position are physical in nature. 60-80% of the workday may be spent walking, standing, operating machinery, lifting, bending, squatting, or a combination of movements.

COMPENSATION

The starting rate of pay for this position is $23.00 per hour with opportunity for advancement. All full-time employees are eligible for benefits that include employer contributed health, dental, and vision plans, employer sponsored life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program (EAP), and additional ancillary benefits. These benefits are available to employees the first day of the month after their start date. Eligible employees also receive forty (40) hours of sick time per year and an additional eighty (80) hours of accrued vacation hours.
