We are seeking candidates who are passionate, experienced, and driven to exceed expectations. The Company offers market fair compensation, with a pay rate between $22 and $24 an hour, as well as full benefits package to eligible employees including medical, dental, and vision, and more.

As a minimum requirement to be considered for employment, all applicants must have completed high school or GED equivalent. In addition to, all applicants must be at least 18 years of age as a safety requirement per state law.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for making ContraPest according to SOPs and Batch Record instructions and takes responsibility for manufacturing a quality product.
• Performs set-up, dismantling, and maintenance of equipment and assures equipment is ready for production. Performs routine sanitization of areas.
• Maintains inventory of supplies, inventoried items and ensures the availability for production and shipping activities.
• Complies with SOPs, Batch Records, and other GMP documentation.
• Reviews work of self and others to ensure accuracy and compliance with good documentation practices.
• Responsible for kitting, packaging, and pulling of parts for on-time production.
• Notifies supervisor of issues on inventory, receiving, and other material handling items in advance.
• Reviews work of self and others to ensure accuracy and compliance with good documentation practices.
• Completes & reviews batch records ensuring the accuracy of the document prior to review by management.
• Follow qualification protocols for new and/or existing equipment or systems.
• Performs quality control, follows reporting and record keeping procedures, and reports issues to supervisor.
• Recommends scheduling or other efficiency improvements.
• Conducts manufacturing activities to protect themselves, others, and company assets.
• Participates in on-going training. Completes annual GMP & safety training.
• Continues SOP training as it pertains to daily tasks & participates in on-the-job training.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Ability to pivot between tasks and work as part of a team.
• Must be detail-orientated and can follow written and oral instructions.
• An understanding of production and plant processes.
• Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) in different units of measurement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience preferred.
• Must have experience working in a start-up type environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to work in a safety-sensitive role. **This is a safety sensitive position. All applicants should be willing to submit to both a drug screen and necessary clearances.
• Most work is performed while standing (48-hour work shifts), operating manufacturing equipment, bending or walking for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25-40 pounds and use of forklift and pallet jacks required.
• Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime; if necessary)
• Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, multi-line phones, printer/copiers, etc.

COMPENSATION

The compensation range for this position is between $22 and $24 per hour with opportunity for advancement. All full-time employees are eligible for benefits that include employer contributed health, dental, and vision plans, employer sponsored life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program (EAP), and additional ancillary benefits. These benefits are available to employees the first day of the month after their start date. Eligible employees also receive forty (40) hours of sick time per year and an additional eighty (80) hours of accrued vacation hours.
