Overview: The Landscape Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the execution of commercial maintenance, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to schedules, and safety standards. This position involves supervising team leads, coordinating field operations, and actively participating in daily tasks to support the production process. The Landscape Production Supervisor reports to the Production Manager and collaborates closely with other team members to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Team Leads: Provide guidance, support, and leadership to team leads responsible for executing various aspects of landscaping projects.

2. Field Operations Management: Coordinate and oversee field operations, including equipment deployment, resource allocation, and task assignments to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship by conducting regular inspections, addressing issues promptly, and implementing corrective measures as needed.

4. Schedule Adherence: Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and client expectations.

5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment for all team members, conducting regular safety meetings and training sessions as required.

6. Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills, improve efficiency, and promote professional growth within the company.

7. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials, tools, and equipment, coordinating with procurement teams to ensure adequate supplies are available for ongoing projects.

8. Daily Task Execution: Participate in daily tasks alongside the team, including but not limited to weed control, planting, mulching, and maintenance activities.

9. Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.

10. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, equipment usage, and other relevant data, preparing reports as needed for management review.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in landscaping or related field, with at least [X] years of supervisory experience.

2. Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and plant materials.

3. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
