Visiting Angels in Morgantown, West Virginia is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team.

As an In-Home Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and care to our clients in accordance with their individualized care plans.

Additional locations can include : Bruceton Mills, Cheat Lake, Star City, Westover, Granville, etc.

Responsibilities :

• Provide supportive care to clients in their homes based on their individualized care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living including but not limited to, grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
• Administer medication reminders
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying up.
• Engage in meaningful conversation and activities with clients to provide companionship and support.
• Document daily care activities and any changes in clients' conditions
• Communicate effectively with office staff to ensure clients' needs are being met.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for clients.

Requirements :

• Must be compassionate, patient, and have a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience is preferred, but not necessary.
