Southstone, LLC is seeking 2-3 experienced, self motivated, hard working superintendents to add to our staff of like-minded employees. The job consists of supervising 2-4 concrete crews and 4-5 jobs at all times. Must have experience reading blue prints, managing crews/timesheets and being personable with the clients. As the concrete superintendent, responsibilities are planning and ensuring the coordination of concrete construction and responsible for supervising the concrete portions of the project. The Superintendent ensures that quality work is being put into place, the schedule is being maintained, and that the budget is followed as planned. Responsibilities will encompass the total supervision of all concrete operations on the site to ensure that the workers are implementing what is designed, the project is completed on time, and that safety and company standards are met. Also coordinates on a weekly basis with the Project Managers for manpower and scheduling as well as successful project communication and execution.
