What the job entails:

We are seeking a dynamic individual for an outbound sales position that requires strong phone etiquette and exceptional verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to gather information about the customer's existing products and provide accurate quotes for their needs. This role will also entail educating customers on OSHA requirements for inspections, as well as offering solutions for creating a safe work environment in challenging areas. 

Prioritizing customer satisfaction is key in this role, and you will be responsible for managing the current customer list while also expanding it through collaboration with marketing and outside sales teams. Additionally, achieving quarterly sales targets will be a primary goal, with performance evaluations based on meeting these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Installation Project Managers and Production Team on specified projects to communicate client requirements, updates, scheduling, escalations, and cost considerations.
2. Regularly engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
3. Efficiently utilize NetSuite software to streamline customer interactions and enhance overall experience.
4. Acquire and apply comprehensive product knowledge to address customer inquiries and propose effective solutions.
5. Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform sales strategies and actions.
6. Review past sales performance to identify areas for improvement and enhance future outcomes.
7. Maintain a high level of organization to mitigate project challenges and ensure seamless operations.
8. Conduct oneself professionally, adhering to safety protocols and best business practices.
9. Fulfill other assigned duties as necessary. 
10. These responsibilities are crucial in ensuring effective communication, customer satisfaction, and business success in this role.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma required. Some post high school education or additional training preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience.
• Strong customer focus and ability to adapt to various personality types.
• Exceptional time-management skills.
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic technical knowledge. Familiarity with general IT/computer equipment such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, desktops, Wi-Fi, and hotspot technologies is required.
• Proactive approach to following up with customers.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Positive and team-oriented attitude. 

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves both computer work and the possibility of physical activity in the field, including navigating rooftops and industrial locations. Therefore, candidates should be physically fit to perform these tasks safely. Successful pre-employment physical and drug test are required. 
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Normal vision, with or without corrective lenses, is necessary for the role.
