Primary Objective:
The Lead Business Systems Administrator is passionate about the Spectrio products and mission while focused on supporting the configuration, development, and continued implementation of NetSuite.
Responsibilities include: 

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Spectrio teams, processes, language, and technologies.
  • Develop a familiarity with the technology stack we currently leverage for Business Systems.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of how to use our project management system.
  • Demonstrate a solid working relationship with stakeholders and ability to communicate effectively with them.
  • Review and demonstrate a solid understanding of the existing NetSuite use cases and existing integrations.
  • Assist in addressing workflow and process issues for our internal customers/stakeholders.
  • Develop or modify NetSuite Reports and Saved Searches based on departmental requirements.
  • Actively participate in strategic design discussions and delivery of incremental value on new roadmap items as we make improvements to each of our business systems technologies.
  • Demonstrate understanding of how Business Systems applications integrate with one another as well as with external systems.
  • Participate in documenting features and functionality. Focusing on providing the necessary information to explain the existing design and how it can be maintained and or updated.
  • Review existing Workflows, Suite Scripts, Flows and Apex Scripts and make recommendations on improving the functionality of NetSuite and Salesforce.
  • Translate business requirements to functional/technical specifications in deploying end to end solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team and stakeholders including Department Leadership, Senior Leadership, and Executive Leadership to gather and document operational and functional requirements and translate into operational solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to roadmap and plan future projects.
  • Drive testing and validation of new and existing functionality including configuration, development, and system releases.
  • Work closely with the Finance/Accounting team in bringing efficiencies to their accounting processes.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams in bringing efficiencies to their sales cycle processes.
  • Work closely with the Operations/Fulfillment/Finance/Accounting teams in bringing efficiencies to their fulfillment and service processes and improve data integrity and data quality.
  • Work to eliminate unnecessary Workflows, Suite Scripts, Flows and Apex Scripts to improve NetSuite and Salesforce performance.
  • Work to refine necessary Workflows, Suite Scripts, Flows and Apex to improve NetSuite performance and improve data integrity.
  • Actively participate in architectural discussions involving multiple systems.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of why we do the work we do and what the long-term objectives of the team are.
  • Be able to contribute to long-term road map planning and the development of future initiatives.
  • Contribute to the research and development of new technologies to solve new challenges.
  • Demonstrate sufficient knowledge and confidence to be able to take on new projects collaboratively but with limited technical support.
  • Demonstrate a practice of learning and sharing your knowledge with the team.
  • Provide data in a meaningful way to customers/stakeholders to assist them in increasing productivity.
  • Improve processes to better enable each department to reach their objectives.
  • Improve the accuracy of tracking what customers have purchased.
  • Improve how product items are managed and how the product platform is tracked.
  • Improve subscription management and tracking.
  • Implement renewal and upsell opportunity tracking and auto generation as well as help to automate the renewal process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 2 years experience taking a lead role in project development.
  • 5 years experience working with NetSuite and or Salesforce Workflows, Suite Scripts, Flows and Apex Scripts.
  • Experience with Celigo or other integration systems.
  • Experience working in an Agile Software Development lifecycle.
  • Experience managing audit requirements and requests.
  • Have experience in an IT focused environment.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with SuiteBilling or SuiteCommerce.
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or other related languages.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing.
  • Experience with Quality Assurance testing.
  • Background in OOP and SOLID principles. 

*Position is Remote. Considering candidates in the Southeast U.S. including FL, NC & TX .
