Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in the coordination of programs that will provide the means and methods for the exchange of ideas, experiences and information;
• Assists in providing methods and procedures necessary to develop constructive programs;
• Assists with the programs which develop character, integrity, physical and mental fitness, citizenship, sportsmanship, and personal well-being;
• Oversees the daily operations of the PAL Office, including but not limited to: Phone Calls, Walk-Ins, Participant and Volunteer Files, Inventory;
• Assists in the registration of participants and volunteers;
• Orders, obtains and receives inventory;
• Ensures facility availability;
• Assists the PAL Athletic Director to disseminate all approved advertising and publicity to necessary area venues;
• Through PAL Athletic Director, communicates and coordinates with all PAL sponsors;
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Selection Criteria:

• Graduation from High School or possession of a High School Equivalency Diploma recognized by the State of Florida; AND
• Must have valid Florida Driver’s License.
