We are a For the People Dealer that has been serving Rockford Illinois area shoppers for the past 4 years. We have a unique sales approach and are committed to helping our customers get into a vehicle they deserve. In the last year we have become the largest volume preowned dealer in the area and are among the top dealers in the country for our segment of lenders.
Why we are looking:
We believe the growth we have seen so far is due in part to the proactive approach we have taken to the changes in the market, our unique selling philosophy, and our commitment to our customers. Due to our growth, we are expanding to a new, much larger facility that will give us the capacity to far exceed our current goals.
Because of this goal we are looking for an additional 2 sales reps that will market, present, and sell our products.
How we pay:
The compensation plan is Salary, plus commission and additional cash bonuses. An estimated income for the first year is calculated to be between $85,000 to $97,000 for an average performer, and between $162,000 to $180,000 for a motivated individual. (Several of our salespeople earned well over $100,000 this year. How much did you make this year?) There is no cap or limit to the income earned with the top performers in our industry earning 7 figures. You will be paid on your individual performance! We do not guarantee the estimated income.
What is expected:
Primary tasks will include: setting appointment by phone and internet, basics of product knowledge, needs analysis, product consultation, handling of objections / questions, presenting offers to purchase, filling out appropriate paperwork, daily training and following up with prospects.
