Service & Measure Technician: Windows and Doors

Ideal candidate will:

• Have experience with taking window & Door measurements.
• Have proven experience in related field: Installations, Service etc.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, installers, Service and Production Managers.
• Locate, diagnose/repair problems, service, test and troubleshoot window/door issues.
• Identify and report major issues to Service Managers.
• Complete repairs and cosmetic work, including stucco, trim, drywall, and more.
• Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services.
• Responsible for meeting homeowner needs by ensuring all repair work is complete to homeowner and company satisfaction.
• Conduct walkthrough alongside inspectors and Service Manager.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have the ability to read NOA’ and diagrams.
• Multitask easily and efficiently.
• Set up & break down event shows

Requirements:

Must have a clean driving record, current Florida driver’s license. (Required)

Minimum of 2 years of extensive Impact Window and Door with service experience (Required)

Full Time Only

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM (MOSTLY NO WEEKENDS, Paid Holidays)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
