RedCloud’s Business Solutions and Intelligence practice is growing rapidly and needs a unique individual who has the ability to:

• Engage with clients to synthesize their business needs into proposed solutions while also being able to accurately scope and propose the body of work
• Provide expert level technical experience across areas such as the Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics, Tableau, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, etc.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements, build proposals, and architect solutions using the Power Platform, Power BI, as well as Microsoft Fabric.
• Proactively identify and suggest alternative or best practices to better suit clients' needs, going beyond their immediate requirements.
• Implement custom solutions leveraging the Power Platform, Power BI, and other relevant Microsoft technologies to meet client objectives effectively.
• Design and develop complex Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps tailored to clients' specific needs and requirements.
• Develop Power BI data models and visually appealing report visuals to facilitate informed decision-making aligned with clients' goals and KPIs.
• Document and demonstrate solutions through the development of comprehensive documentation, process diagrams, ERDs, wireframes, etc., influencing decision-makers on recommended solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry changes, emerging trends, and new product releases and roadmaps related to the Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric services.
• Act as a technical advisor and provide guidance to other team members when needed.
• Perform software design following software development fundamentals and processes, including debugging, testing, and deploying software solutions.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned or required to support project delivery and team objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Candidate must be the quintessential team player and a highly skilled communicator.
• Candidate should have excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.
• 5 years’ experience building with the Power Platform, Fabric/Power BI, and Dynamics
• Expert experience in designing Power BI data models, Dataflows, data pipelines/data factory
• Expert knowledge and experience in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and PowerFx
• Expert knowledge of building web parts, apps, page layouts and content types using data connectors and the O365 APIs
• Must be motivated, independent, and self-sufficient.

Desirable Certification & Trainings (not required):

• DA-100: Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI
• PL-100: Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Certification
• PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
• PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
• DP-600: Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
• MB-600: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform Solution Architect
• Power Query (m), JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, HTML5 and CSS3
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired.
• Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online
• Experience with Visual Studio and TFS or other source control management tools.
• PowerApps System Administration

Compensation range for position is $ 108,000 – 132,000 DOE.
