```Duties```

- Application of organic-based fertlizers and weed control to promote healthy growth of plants (NO MOWING)
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently

-Perform face-to-face customer service

-Educate customers on proper cultural practices (i.e. mowing practices/watering practices)

-Helping new clients and providing additional services to current customers

-Participate in company paid training courses for turf sciences. Grass ID, Weed ID, Insect ID, Disease ID

```Requirements```

- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred; but not required
- Ability to operate equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

• Outdoor work: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
