Requirements of the Position:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to bring positive approach & attitude to your daily responsibilities
• Valid Driver’s License
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, Overtime (as needed) & some Saturdays (weather permitting)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day w/o fatigue
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test screening (including for marijuana) and present a Professional Image
