• Maintain a working knowledge of different types of collection tubes and kits, e.g., blood collection tubes, aliquots
• Maintain kitting department and create an organized workflow to ensure accurate kit building
• Assemble kits and all required documentation; participate in the quality control process of the kits according to the lab kit specifications and company SOPs
• Fulfill kit orders in conjunction with Project Management to ensure on-time delivery
• Assist in tracking of kits and inventory management as requested
• Attend meetings as needed

• Must have knowledge of telephone, fax machine, copier, and other general office equipment
• Understanding the workings of a kit building department
• Able to work in a regulated environment

• High School diploma or GED
• Able to work in high volume environments
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, clinical, or related fields preferred but not required
• Global knowledge of Laboratory Kitting Services preferred but not required
