What You'll Do:

• Independently prepares written proposals and budgets using standard CTI formats and budgeting tools within targeted turnaround times; works with CTI Sales to gather necessary information for bids and translates into viable proposals for clients; meets/reviews with CTI Operations team to gather information for inclusion into proposals and budgets.
• Develop RWE scope write-ups, budgets, work orders and amendments, including but not limited to, Health Economics and Outcomes Research projects, Late Phase studies such as Phase IIIb, Phase IV, post marketing, and Observational Studies including patient / disease registries, natural history studies and non-interventional studies.
• Mapping CTI’s budget grids to client budget grids, as requested by clients.
• May support Regulatory Consulting Department scope write-ups, budgets, work orders and amendments, including but not limited to protocols, investigator brochures, regulatory support; clinical and regulatory development plans, FDA meetings, eCTD publishing and submissions, expedited programs and applications, and regulatory applications such as BLA, NDA, MAA, IND, DMF.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls as needed with Business Development personnel, prospects, and clients to discuss proposal requirements and to explain and defend current proposals and budgets.
• Routinely update proposals and related records and communication in SalesForce platform
• Support, as requested, marketing efforts including capabilities or bid defense slide decks and marketing materials.

What You'll Bring:

• 2 years experience in developing proposals, managing budgets, negotiating contracts with operational responsibilities and/or 2 years experience in the CRO industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
