Responsibilities:As an important member of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of incoming materials. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and verifying incoming deliveries against purchase orders and packing lists
- Counting and inspecting items for damage or discrepancies
- Scanning and documenting received items into inventory management system
- Unloading and storing materials using material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Organizing and maintaining clean storage areas
- Processing returns and discrepancies, ingoing and processing returns with suppliers
- Maintaining accurate records of returns and adjustments
- Performing basic warehouse maintenance tasks
- Assisting with stocking and picking materials
- Maintaining inventory records and report
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Forklift certification preferred
