WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Directing and managing all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and other production-related activities while ensuring the mill’s number one priority is safety. You’ll be leading the mill’s culture initiative to create a great place to work for attracting and retaining top talent. Employ lean manufacturing techniques, visual controls, and plant performance measures to meet production goals and strives for continuous improvement. You’ll provide leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and better working relationships.
