Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization and providing strategic guidance to ensure long-term financial stability and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.
Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals
- Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and payroll
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making at the executive level
- Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall operational efficiency
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors
- Stay informed about industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and best practices in corporate accounting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and financial best practices
- Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in supply chain management is a plus
- Familiarity with International Accounting Standards (IAS) is preferred
