Champlain National Bank is accepting applications for a full-time Office Supervisor to join our team supporting Essex County, NY.

As the Office Supervisor, you will assist with the supervision of assigned branch personnel and with management of the branch office. Must have the ability to professionally explore customer's needs to properly offer the appropriate account(s) and service(s) to best serve the customer.

Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

• Accept applications for credit from potential clients for consumer installment loans; assist with closing consumer loans.
• Assist in oversight of branch operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Supervise staff to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of goals and objectives for sales and growth programs.
• Assist with training and cross-training of current and new personnel.
• Participate in community relations, bank promotions and business development calls as requested.
• Demonstrate knowledge of state and federal legal requirements that apply to the types of loans authorized to originate through successful completion of periodic training.
• The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent time management skills, strong intrapersonal and customer service skills. They must possess strong mathematical and computer skills.

Travel may be required to cover other branches, as necessary.

Various hours per Branch schedule, however primary hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5:15pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
