We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cannabis Retail Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of our Johnson City, TN store location.

Job Description:

As a Cannabis Retail Store Manager at CBD Plus USA, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing store finances, including counting deposits and overseeing cash handling procedures.
• Placing product orders to maintain optimal inventory levels and product availability.
• Coordinating the store schedule to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-maintained store environment.
• Providing coverage and support when no other staff members are available.
• Leading and mentoring a team of sales associates to provide outstanding customer service.
• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
• Any staffing needs such as interviewing and hiring.

Qualifications:

To be successful as a Cannabis Retail Store Manager at CBD Plus USA, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis, CBD or vape industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local cannabis regulations and compliance is a plus.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.25 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
