Overview/ Job Responsibilities Are you a detail-oriented project manager with a passion for challenging yourself and working in dynamic enterprise environments? What you will do day-to-day: You will be responsible for end-to-end development and delivery of program solutions that meet evolving business needs. This includes specification of the service offerings, customer and field team interactions and the development of those services for delivery. The following is expected: * Provide end-to-end program leadership from planning to business readiness/rollout * Offer proficiency in SCIF buildouts, with comprehensive understanding of SCIF/ICD/ICS 705 specifications and requirements.
* Lead and guide initiative management/enterprise solution, and construction engineering teams to build out new secure spaces * Define and track business and development milestones on a program level * Track and communicate dependencies on a program level * Manage risks, issues, change control and decision logs for the program * Communicate and manage project status to internal project teams and to those in the executive level * Track and manage program spend against budgets * Interact with stakeholders for spending needs/budget changes * Work closely with construction teams to ensure proper adhearance to schedule * Leverage stakeholder relationships and technical expertise to enable or make key decisions * Identify strategic milestones in concert with business and/or mission stakeholders and tie work packages to milestones * Work with development teams to ensure understanding of high level business requirements so that they are well positioned to deliver the appropriate business value * Work in a program coordination / senior project management capacity Minimum Qualifications * Must be a U.S. citizen and Hold a U.S Government TOP SECRET security clearance with ability to obatain SCI Eligibility * Minimum of 8 years' working experience as a Senior Project Manager, with at least 4 years' experience in a relevant industry * Experience working on projects in a SCIF or Secure Data Center * Experience with SCIF/ ICD/ICS 705 Specs and requirements * Experience as a Project Scheduler on a complex, fast-paced, construction project * Experience identifying facility shortcomings * Prior experience managing field teams in complex technical environments * Confidence in driving people to deliver objectives * Experience managing large-scale construction projects in secure spaces * MS Project / SAFE * Technical Delivery Management experience a plus * Experience in enterprise environments Desired Qualifications * 5 years' experience as a project manager * Previous experience in classified environments * Previous experience with SCIF buildouts * Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to pursue and resolve issues independently * Ability to prioritize and assess impacts of issues to other resources * Problem solver with sound judgment and decision-making skills * Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through * Excellent collaboration skills; high-energy attitude * Familiarity with project management across varied stakeholders and team members * Demonstrated proficiency in tracking risks/issues and change and decision logs and maintaining meeting minutes * Ability to communicate multi-directional (peer to peer, to varying levels of leadership) for project status and issues About Sev1Tech LLC Founded in 2010, Sev1Tech provides IT, engineering, and program management solutions delivery.
