Dynamic Campus Solutions is Hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst Near Benton, MI
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Create data visualizations that effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
- Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and meet business requirements.
- Work with legacy Cognos systems to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis findings.
- Assist in developing and maintaining data models and data architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on using reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity in all data products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in business intelligence tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI reporting tools including design principles, development methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods at a time
- Ability to crawl under desk for any technology need
