This position will lead the SupplyMaster Site Managers and personnel to establish, develop and maintain Key operational and reporting Metrics for the branch location. This position also provides comprehensive management of overall operations, reporting and customer, site tool crib, VMI operations. The SupplyMaster Site Manager will be the primary contact for all SupplyMaster, reporting and business recommendations for the services provided.

The role will report to the Senior Supply Master.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing employees to deliver the highest level of unparalleled customer service in the industry.
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy in daily operations and warehouse inventory.
• Directing all Customer Site operations, including Receiving, Shipping, Warehousing, Distribution, and Staffing within the SupplyMaster / VMI account.
• Ability to successfully work with the team members of every branch of Agilix Solutions to fulfill the overall SupplyMaster value proposition.
• Oversee the Business Management System pertaining to the operations, sales, warehouse, and inventory processes.
• Suggests operational efficient recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• College Education preferred or five (5) years of commercial, industrial, or electrical industry experience.
• Five (5) years of industry experience, electrical distribution, or industrial storeroom experience is considered a plus.
• Management Experience, 3-5 years minimum.
• Knowledge of sales, administration, warehouse operations, and industrial plant workflow.
• Leadership experience includes hiring, training, developing, and motivating employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Passion for customer service and providing quality solutions for customers, both internal and external.
• Proficient and comfortable working within database software such as INFOR SX.E ERP, CribMaster, Order entry, and Job Management
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate verbal and written information to appropriate stakeholders.
• Excellent listening skills and willingness to ask and answer questions.
