Mon-Fri- Dayshift - $25-$28 an hour to start DOE

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to ?ll our Maintenance & Facilities position. Having experience in commercial of?ce and/or multi-family residential environments is desired.

Job Requirements:

• Perform routine tasks to maintain buildings, structures, equipment and grounds at our properties, as well as any necessary tasks to maintain property portfolio.
• Assigned to remodeling/refresh projects of our properties.
• Organize and implement maintenance response to customer needs
• Respond to work order requests
• Performing technical tasks related to building maintenance and repair (including but not limited to: painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry and HVAC work, both for install and repair jobs.
• Maintain the grounds leaving a professional and safe standard at all times.

Essential Skills:

• Daily customer interaction.
• Customer service and communication skills a must!
• Must have natural ability to positively in?uence, while being timely, and responsive to our customers
• High School Diploma or GED required with 3-5 years maintenance experience
• Technical education a de?nite plus or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Must be able to commute between locations with reliable and accessible means of transportation and a valid driver's license.
